When we moved to Tasmania, despite the fact that I have been a Telstra customer for years, my new account for our home phone/broadband/mobile was opened in the name of "Sussan" instead of "Susan"/surname. I rang Telstra to have it changed - their mistake. However, I spent 20 minutes on the phone as they had to do a credit check of "Susan"/surname as this person may be a different person to "Sussan". After 20 minutes,I was informed that I couldn't change it because there was money owing - for an account which I hadn't even received at that point. Needless to say, my account remains in the name "Sussan"/surname. Aaaaaagh.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
